Each agent is guaranteed to receive all inquiries in their authorized zip code(s). Multiple zip codes may be available for Metropolitan areas.

No referral fees.  Inquiries in your area will be forwarded immediately to your e-mail address, allowing immediate contact by you.

You will receive direct contact with our webmaster to fully utilize our marketing techniques in your area.

The referral agent will have the right to utilize the MLSPrintouts.com name and logo on their advertising, business cards, flyers, etc. All advertising must meet Department of Real Estate Laws, State, or Local Ordinances governing the Real Estate Industry in your area.

To be eligible to join this program an agent MUST be a State Licensed Real Estate agent. Minimum 1 years experience with references.  To request a specific zip code, the agent must be a member of the Local Board in that zip code. All license documentation and Board membership must be provided to our Corporate office with the application and fee, before approval of each agent by MLSPrintouts.com.

What do I have to do to join the organization and begin receiving my leads?

A one-time setup fee of $95.00 (initial setup fee is waived until December 31, 2003).  You search for your desired zip code and purchase it online, along with authorization to charge $99.00 per month for each zip code purchased. 

Upon approval a monthly fee of $99.00 is automatically charged to your credit card for each requested zip code. 

Each agent will be required to data link their local MLS with our webmaster's assistance to the database.
